Charles Agron Launches K Street Pictures Sets First Release
EXCLUSIVE: Dark House writer-producer Charles Agron today announced K Street Pictures, a distribution company whose first release will be Monday At 11:01 AM. Agron wrote, produced and acts in director Harvey Lowry’s suspense thriller, which K Street will release during first-quarter 2016.

Agron serves as CEO of the new company, which aims to produce and acquire for worldwide distribution up to five productions per year in the first two years with plans to expand in 2018. Additional personnel will be announced shortly.

“We will produce one to two original films under the CAP (Charles Agron Productions) banner for the first year with budgets in the $5 million-$10 million range” Agron said. “In addition, we are currently in negotiations with other producers to acquire their projects for release under the K Street Productions banner.”

In the altered world of Monday At 11:01 AM, one man’s perception of reality becomes distorted as his existence keeps being thrown back in time – specifically at that time of morning. Agron stars with Lance Henriksen, Briana Evigan and Lauren Shaw. Gary Adelman produces alongside Agron. K Street also is prepping its next project, an organized crime film produced under the CAP banner set to begin filming next year.

Agron said K Street will “innovate the distribution process and be on the cutting edge as conventional norms continue to change.” He plans to streamline the process by eliminating middlemen, giving each film a unique distribution strategy and having “a transparent relationship with producers in order to help maximize returns on their films.”
